Neosporin Dusting Powder is composed of Bacitracin, Neomycin, and Polymyxin B. Bacitracin works by inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis. Polymyxin B destroys the bacterial membranes by binding to the phospholipids, thus treating bacterial skin infections.
