You received the wrong item (e.g., wrong product, size, or quantity)
The product is damaged or defective upon delivery
The product is expired or close to expiration
The product is not as described
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original packaging
The return must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery
A valid unboxing video or photo proof must be provided
Note: We do not accept returns for opened, used, or temperature-sensitive items (like insulin, vaccines, etc.) unless damaged or incorrect.
Opened or used medicine strips
Items without original packaging or invoice
Personal care, hygiene, and intimate products
Prescription drugs, unless damaged or incorrect
Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product page

Provide your order number, reason for return, and photo/video proof
Our team will verify and arrange for pickup or guide you through the next steps
Approve or reject your refund request within 2–4 business days
Credit the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval
Notify you via email/SMS once your refund is processed
If the refund is delayed beyond 7 days, contact us and we’ll assist you immediately.
If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must go through the return process if eligible
Refunds for canceled orders are processed within 3–5 business days
